Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner.
Empty the Dust Bin Regularly
Ensure that the dust bin is emptied when the dirt reaches the 'MAX' line. Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the electrical outlet, push the dust bin release button, and empty the bin into a garbage container.
Clean the Grille Cyclone
Regularly check the grille cyclone for clogs and clean it to maintain optimal performance. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is unplugged before performing this task.
Maintain the Pre-Motor and Post-Motor Filters
The pre-motor filter should be cleaned regularly to protect the motor from dirt. The post-motor HEPA filter, which is not washable, should be replaced when dirty.
Check and Maintain the Rotating Brush and Drive Belt
Inspect the rotating floor brush and drive belt for wear or damage. Remove debris from the brush ends and replace the drive belt if needed. Ensure the vacuum is unplugged before performing this maintenance.
Store Properly
Store the vacuum cleaner indoors in a cool, dry area to prevent damage. Avoid leaning on the vacuum or letting the power foot tilt forward to prevent carpet damage.
